Submission guidelines
The Academy invites abstracts addressing the conference themes. Accepted papers will be considered for the Springer proceedings volume.

Abstracts must address one of the eight conference themes and be written in English or Arabic (with an English translation).
- 02
Abstract length: 250–300 words, followed by up to five keywords.
- 03
Include the title, author names, affiliations, country and the corresponding author's email on the first page.
- 04
Include a short biography (up to 150 words) and a professional portrait for each presenting author.
- 05
Full papers accepted for the Springer proceedings should follow the Springer Nature manuscript template and not exceed 12 pages.
- 06
All submissions are reviewed by the Scientific Committee; at least one author of each accepted paper must register and present.

Submit abstracts by email to info@arabacademy.academy with the subject line "AAS 2026 Abstract".
